Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated coconut(fresh)
• 1 cup – Curd
• For Masala:
• Green chilli, finely chopped
• small piece ginger, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – fresh chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat the curd.
  2. Add grated coconut and all the masalas to the beaten curd.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Chill and serve.
