Ingredients:

• Rice – 1 cup
• green gram – 1 cup
• black pepper -1 tbsp
• Jeera – 1 tbsp
• grated dry Coconut
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and green gram
  2. Powder black pepper and jeera in a mixer.
  3. Add the powder to the rice and green gram
  4. Add salt and grated dry coconut
  5. Cook in a rice cooker for 15-18 mins.
