
Ingredients:
• Rice – 1 cup
• green gram – 1 cup
• black pepper -1 tbsp
• Jeera – 1 tbsp
• grated dry Coconut
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice and green gram
- Powder black pepper and jeera in a mixer.
- Add the powder to the rice and green gram
- Add salt and grated dry coconut
- Cook in a rice cooker for 15-18 mins.
