Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Maida flour
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – rava four
• 1 cup -besan flour
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – baking soda| | 1/2 cup – whole Dhania
• 1/4 cup – black pepper
• 1 cup – variyari
• 1/2 cup – Jeera
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 cup – vegetable oil
• Turmeric paste and yogurt for garnishing

Method:

  1. Take frying oil in a pan.
  2. Mix whole dhania, black pepper, variyari, jeera, red chilli powder and add salt to taste.
  3. Fry for a few minutes in oil.
  4. Grind mixture in grinder to make powder.
  5. Mix powder and ginger-garlic paste with all the flour.
  6. Add 1/4 cup oil and baking soda with a little water at a time to make dough.
  7. Keep dough for 15 minutes and then make small round balls.
  8. Fry thick kachoris with oil on stove just like puris.
  9. When kachoris have cooled, add turmeric paste and yogurt on top.
  10. Sprinkle red chilli powder and serve.
