Ingredients:
• Mutton/Chicken Keema – 1/2kg
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Whole Garam Masala (Cinnamon stick, Cardomom, Black pepper, Cumin seed) – 1 tsp
• Slice Garlic – 2 pcs
• Onion- 2 (chopped)
• Green chilies – 3 to 4 (Chopped)
• Tomatoes – 3
• Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
• Rice 1 – cup
• Salt – As per taste
Method:
- Put oil into cooking vessel and let it get heated for some time.
- Add whole garam masala.
- Add sliced garlic
- Add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
- Stir it for some time
- Add keema and mix it.
- Wait till it gets cooked
- Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes
- Mix it well
- Add two cups of water
- Let it get boiled for some time
- Add soaked rice to it.
- Add mint and coriander leaves for smell
- Cook on low heat till it gets done
- Serve hot.
- If needed, vegetables can be added to this to have some variety.
