
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – leftover moong dal khichidi
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Amchoor powder
• 3-4 pinches asafetida
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry onions , slowly add ginger chopped, garlic sliced and coriander leaves chopped one by one.
