Ingredients:

• eggs – 4
• Ghee – 1/3 cup
• Powdered Sugar – 3/4 cup
• Almond powder – 1/2 cup
• Khova – 200 g
• Rose essence – a few drops
• Chopped dry fruits and nuts – 6 tbsp

Method:

  1. Separate the whites and yolks of eggs.
  2. Beat the yolks with sugar.
  3. Add ghee , almond powder, khova and essence.
  4. Mix well
  5. Beat the whites stiffly and gently fold into the khova mixture.
  6. Pour in a greased wide and shallow baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits and nuts on top.
  8. Bake in a moderate oven (170 degrees centigrade) till golden brown on top.
  9. Cool, cut and serve.
