Ingredients:
• 12 breasts – Chicken
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 3 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 3 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 200 gms – Onion
• 2 Capsicum (medium size)
• 5 Green chillies
• 1.5 tsp – Black cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – white pepper powder
• 3 tbsp – Almond paste
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 4 tbsp – white Butter
• 1 tsp – Saffron
• 1 tbsp – Milk
• 10 Mint leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Stir in the thin[3rd]coconut milk and salt and cook on low flame.
