Ingredients:
• 1 bowl – Rice
• 1 to 2 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 4 to 5 – chillies
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• For seasoning :
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – black gram
• 5 sprigs – Coriander leaves
• few Curry leaves
• 1 cup – cut vegetables(optional)
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
Method:
- Fry raw rice for 5 mins
- Heat a cooker, add oil or ghee. Add the seasonings to this along with water.
- When water starts to boil, add rice.
- When almost cooked, add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and vegetables (if using).
- In the end, add grated coconut and coriander.
