
Ingredients:
• 200g – besan
• 200g – Sugar
• 350g – Ghee
Method:
- Mix the besan with 4 tbsp ghee and keep stirring it continuously till the besan turns golden brown. Keep the mixture aside.
- Add 1 cup water to the sugar and make a chasni of thin consistency.
- When the chasni is ready, lower the heat and add the cooked besan. Keep stirring continuously.
- Remove from fire, spread the mixture on a greased tray and pat it evenly.
- When the mixture cools down, cut into desired shapes. Serve.
