Ingredients:

• 200g – besan
• 200g – Sugar
• 350g – Ghee

Method:

  1. Mix the besan with 4 tbsp ghee and keep stirring it continuously till the besan turns golden brown. Keep the mixture aside.
  2. Add 1 cup water to the sugar and make a chasni of thin consistency.
  3. When the chasni is ready, lower the heat and add the cooked besan. Keep stirring continuously.
  4. Remove from fire, spread the mixture on a greased tray and pat it evenly.
  5. When the mixture cools down, cut into desired shapes. Serve.
