Ingredients:
• 400 g – Paneer Malai
• 24 – Red Cherries
• 400 g – Potatoes
• 25 g – Cashewnuts
• 10 g – Badams
• 75 g – Charmegaz
• 75 g – Khus Khus
• 250 ml – Tomato Puree
• 200 ml – Cream
• 400 g – Baked Beans
• 10 g – Garam Masala
• 25 g – Kismis
• 125 g – Ginger paste
• 125 g – Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 200 g – Oil
Method:
- Mash potatoes, paneer, raisins and cherries and make flat tikkis and deep fry it till golden brown.
- Boil khus khus, charmegaz and cashewnut and make puree of the same.
- Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry it till it gets brown.
- Add khus khus and cashew paste to it and cook for 5 mins.
- Add tomato puree, baked beans, cream and salt.
- Add paneer tikkis to it. Heat through and serve.
