
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Coriander leaves (washed, drained and partly dried)
• 8 Red Chillies
• 8 to 10 Cloves Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Dhania seeds
Method:
- Heat 1 tsp oil, fry red chillies, jeera and dhania seeds
- Remove, grind to make course powder
- Add remaining oil and fry coriander leaves on low heat for 2 to 3 mins till they become dry
- Add garlic cloves, stir for few seconds
- Combine these fried ingredients and salt, and add to the mixer (with the coarse powder already prepared) and grind for 2 mins till everything is blended well
- Add lime juice and run mixie for few sec and remove
- This is a semi dry chutney served with idli/dosa/upma/pongal.
