
Ingredients:
• 1-2 -coconuts
• 4 cups -flour
• 4 – eggs (yolks only)
• A little Butter
Method:
- Scrape the coconuts and extract the milk.
- Mix the flour, egg yolks and butter and add the coconut milk to form stiff dough.
- Knead well, adding butter as you knead to form a soft dough.
- Keep covered for 15 minutes.
- Then, taking small balls of the dough, shape over a comb or a fork to form curls.
- Fry in hot oil till light brown.
