
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – kuttu ka atta
• 1 cup – chopped Spinach (palak)
• 1 tbsp – Dalia
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• oil for shallow frying
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Mix ingredients with water into a pouring consistency.
- Do not add oil.
- Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tava.
- Pour some oil and pour out 1 tbsp of the mix at a time and spread evenly.
- Make a thin layer.
- Cook both sides and serve with pickle.
