Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 – small chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1 to 1.25 cup – water
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat a pan on stove, add about 2 tsp of cooking oil, and then add jeera and mustard seeds. Add chillies and onion and then add water.
  2. Add flour after water has boiled. Do not mix water and flour at this time.
  3. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Now mix water and flour together. Leave it on the stove for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot. You can also add milk to it while eating.
