
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 – small chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1 to 1.25 cup – water
• Salt
Method:
- Heat a pan on stove, add about 2 tsp of cooking oil, and then add jeera and mustard seeds. Add chillies and onion and then add water.
- Add flour after water has boiled. Do not mix water and flour at this time.
- Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Now mix water and flour together. Leave it on the stove for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve it hot. You can also add milk to it while eating.
