
Ingredients:
• 1.5 liters Milk
• 400 gms – Cream
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tbsp – almonds, Charoli and Cashewnuts
• 1/4 cup – rose water
• 1/2 tsp – ground Cardamom and Nutmeg
• 5 Egg yolks
• 3 Egg whites
Method:
- Boil 1 litre milk with sugar until it becomes almost half the original quantity. Cool.
- Beat 5 yolks and 3 egg whites.
- Add cream, half a litre of milk and rose water and nuts to it.
- Blend well with thickened milk.
- Put in ground spices.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake in a hot oven in a tray of water for half an hour or till set.
- Cool and cut into slices.
