
Ingredients:
• Carrot – 1 cup
• Beetroot – 1 cup
• Pumpkin – 1 cup
• Green peas – 1/2 cup
• Potato -1/2 cup
• Tomato – 1/2 cup
• Green chillies chopped – 2 tsp
• Jeera – 2 tsp
• Bay Leaves – 2
• Fresh coriander chopped – 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Sugar – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Water – 1.5 cups
Method:
- Heat a pan, add oil.
- Now, add jeera and bay leaves.
- Add all the vegetables and green chillies, and fry for 2 minutes until the color changes.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, sugar and mix them all.
- Now, add water, and cover it and keep it in a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot.
