
Ingredients:
• brown stock – 1.5 liter
• minced lamb – 250 gm
• red Capsicum – 1
• Cabbage – 250 gm
• Onions – 1 cup, chopped
• Garlic – 2 tsp, chopped
• cumin powder – 1 tsp
• cooked chick peas – 1 cup
• Tomato puree – 1 cup
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the meat and drain well.
- Finely chop capsicum, cabbage, onion and garlic.
- Place all these in a heavy based pan.
- Add stock and cumin powder.
- Simmer till the meat and vegetables are tender.
- Add chick peas, salt, Pepper, tomato puree and coriander leaves.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
