Ingredients:

• 1 bunch green Garlic
• 1 kg mince
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 chopped Onion
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 tsp. ground Ginger and chillies
• 1 tsp. Dhania
• 1 tsp. Jeera powder
• ½ tsp. Red Chilli powder
• 1 Lemon
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup Ghee & salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry Onion, add ground masala and then kheema, fry.
  2. Add two cups pf hot water and cook the kheema. Remove from fire when water has dried out.
  3. Put the kheema in a big lagaan or deep thali. Spread out evenly. Chop garlic very fine and sprinkle over kheema along with jeera and chilli powders. Squeeze lemon over it all.
  4. Then break eggs one by one and spread over kheema.
  5. Make the ghee piping hot and pour over the eggs.
  6. Do not stir but tilt the vessel so that the eggs are covered with the ghee and cooked.
  7. Then strain off extra ghee and seve for an early winter morning breakfast.
