
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Bottle Gourd pieces, grated finely
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Few – Pistachio nuts
• 2 pinch – Saffron
Method:
- Take the grated bottle gourd pieces, milk and sugar together in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes in high (stir twice in between).
- After 10 minutes, those grated vegetables would have cooked well.
- Now add the condensed milk, saffron and cook again, for 10 minutes in high (stir twice).
- Now add the cardamom powder and stir, until the cardamom powder gets well mixed.
- Serve warm and garnish with few pistachio nuts.
