Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Lauki, grated
• 1/2 cup – Atta
• 1/2 cup – Besan
• 1 tsp – ginger-chilli paste
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 – Turmeric
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Squeeze Lauki to remove excess water.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients and shape into rolls.
- Grease a baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.
