
Ingredients:
• Lemon juice – 250 ml
• Sugar – 500 g
Method:
- Mix lemon juice and sugar to prepare a syrup.
- Pour the lemon sugar syrup in a double boiler and keep mixing it until the sugar dissolves and froth builds up.
- Sieve the syrup, cool and store in dry bottles.
- Mix in cold water and serve.
