Ingredients:

• Lemon juice – 250 ml
• Sugar – 500 g

Method:

  1. Mix lemon juice and sugar to prepare a syrup.
  2. Pour the lemon sugar syrup in a double boiler and keep mixing it until the sugar dissolves and froth builds up.
  3. Sieve the syrup, cool and store in dry bottles.
  4. Mix in cold water and serve.
