Ingredients:

• 2 – Large ripe Tomatoes
• 2 bunches – Lettuce
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – sesame oil
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – sugar.

Method:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices and shred the lettuce leaves.
  3. Arrange on a suitable plate.
  4. Mix the soya sauce, salt, sesame oil, vinegar and sugar, and drizzle over the tomato and lettuce.
