Ingredients:
• Low fat yogurt – 2 cups
• Mango puree – 1 cup
• Papaya puree – 1 cup
• Honey or Sugar to taste
• Mint leaves – few
• To garnish:
• Fresh Pomegranate
Method:
- Line a colander with thin muslin.
- Pour the yogurt in it and let the liquid drain till one cup of thick yogurt is left in the colander.
- Beat the thick yogurt till smooth.
- Mix with both the fruit purees.
- Add honey or sugar.
- Shred 3-4 mint leaves and add to the fool.
- Pour in individual dessert cups and chill.
- Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
