
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – semolina (sooji)
• 1 tsp – Chopped Ginger
• 3-4 – Green chillies, chopped
• 2 – Tomatoes chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Black pepper powder
• Bread – as required
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except bread and make a smooth paste (thick).
- Cut bread slice into four square pieces.
- Cover one side of the bread with paste.
- Deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with green chutney or sauce, as a companion for tea.
