Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – Water
• 1/4 tsp – Cream of tartar (You can use same amount of Lime juice instead)
• Salt a pinch
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir often.
- Cover the pan with lid and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Take the lid off and stir and let it simmer till you get the right consistency. Switch off the heat.
- Cool and pour into a container.
