Ingredients:

• Ginger – 3 tbsp, chopped
• Sugar – 2.5 cups
• Water – 1.5 cup
• Lime juice – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Blend ginger with 4 tbsp of water.
  2. Let it settle for about 1 hour.
  3. Decant the clear juice and discard the sediment.
  4. Dissolve sugar in water.
  5. Add lime juice and ginger juice.
  6. Pour in clean bottles and store in refrigerator.
