Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Cooked Rice
• 1/2 cup – Lime and Grapefruit juice
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• 3 – Green chillies (slit opened)
• A few Cashew nuts
• Curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Asafetida powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Oil
• 1 tbsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil, fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, asafoetida powder, curry leaves, channa dal, green chillies, cashew nuts, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
  2. Add the tempered spices and freshly squeezed juices to the cooked rice.
  3. Add salt and ghee, mix everything well and keep aside for at least half an hour.
  4. Serve with spicy potato fries.
