Ingredients:

• 2 – cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – ground Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp – ajwain
• 2 tsp – oil
• Water to knead
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add water and make a dough.
  2. Keep it covered for an hour.
  3. Now punch it again and roll out pooris and deep fry them in hot oil.
  4. Serve.
