Ingredients:
• 2 – digestive biscuits roughly crushed
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 250 ml – plain soymilk, chilled
• 5 – 6 – ice cubes, crushed
• 1 – 2 – drops vanilla essence
Method:
- Place biscuits in an electric mixer.
- Add 50 ml. milk, run to form a smooth paste.
- Add all other ingredients in a mixie.
- Blend till mixture is very frothy.
- Pour into individual chilled glasses.
- Serve chilled.
