Ingredients:

• 2 – digestive biscuits roughly crushed
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 250 ml – plain soymilk, chilled
• 5 – 6 – ice cubes, crushed
• 1 – 2 – drops vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Place biscuits in an electric mixer.
  2. Add 50 ml. milk, run to form a smooth paste.
  3. Add all other ingredients in a mixie.
  4. Blend till mixture is very frothy.
  5. Pour into individual chilled glasses.
  6. Serve chilled.
