Ingredients:

• 100 ml – skimmed Milk
• 100 ml – low-fat Curd
• 2 to 3 drops – vanilla essence
• Artificial sweetener powder – equivalent to 2 tsp Sugar
• 1- banana, small
• 1 – ripe papaya, small (peeled and cut into small pieces)
• 1 – Orange (take the pulp alone)
• 1/2 – Apple (peeled and cut into small pieces)
• Grapes – a few seedless ones to garnish

Method:

  1. Mash the banana well.
  2. Mix the mashed banana, skimmed milk, curd, essence and sweetener to a custard like consistency.
  3. Mix the cut fruits well.
  4. Refrigerate the two mixtures separately for about 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Do not freeze.
  6. For Serving:
  7. Take a pudding bowl.
  8. Add the fruit mixture and pour over the custard.
  9. Put a few grapes on top and serve.
