
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 tbsp – Milk
• warm water to knead dough
• Ghee to deep fry
• salt
Method:
- Make soft pliable dough using all ingredients. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Make some rounds, rolling to about 3 inch – 4 inch diameter.
- Then fry in hot ghee, till light brown.
- Turn once and fry other side.
- Drain with strainer and serve hot with either spicy vegetables curries, or curd.
