Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida (flour)
• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk (200 g)
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 3/4 tsp – cooking soda (soda bicarb)
• 1/3 cup – oil
• 1/2 cup – canned lychees
• 1/4 cup – water
Method:
- First sieve the maida, baking powder, cooking soda together.
- Now put all the ingredients in a mixie and blend them well.
- Take a round glass bowl, coat it inside with ghee or butter.
- Pour batter into glass bowl.
- Microwave on 60-80 Cpower for 10 mins.
- Let it stand for a couple of minutes, before inverting on to a dish.
