Ingredients:

• 1 packet – Macaroni
• 4 – Tomato
• For masala:
• 2 tbsp – Dhania
• 1.5 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 5 flakes – Garlic

Method:

  1. Boil the macaroni till they are half done, then remove and put them in cold water.
  2. Fry the ingredients for masala.
  3. Grind together all the masala along with tomatoes.
  4. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes, add salt to it.
  5. Add the macaronis and boil for 5 more minutes.
