Ingredients:
• 250 g: long grained Rice
• 2 – tomatoes, pureed
• 10 g – Ginger
• 4 – Garlic Cloves
• 4 – Black Peppercorns
• 2 – Cloves
• 100 g – Onions
• 8 tsp – Ghee
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut onion, garlic, ginger into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker on medium flame, add onion and fry it for 5 mins until it turns golden brown.
- Then add garlic, ginger, black pepper, cloves, and salt.
- After 2 mins add tomato puree. Then add rice and stir – fry it for 2 mins.
- Add sufficient water to it and pressure cook it till done.
