
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – all purpose flour (maida)
• 1 – ripe Banana
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and leave aside for 5 to 6 hours.
- Make small size puris. Deep fry in hot oil.
- Enjoy with your favourite side dish.
