Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Maize (bhutta makka)
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 cups – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – ground elaichi

Method:

  1. First, remove the skin and take the seeds of maize (corn) and grind it into a paste.
  2. Grate the coconut and add it to the maize (corn) paste and grind it into a paste too.
  3. Grate the jaggery, add it to the above paste and grind it until it turns soft.
  4. Add elaichi powder also.
  5. Heat the oil in frying pan (kadai), take the above paste and make it like vadas without hole.
  6. Deep fry it until it turns thick brown.
