
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maize (bhutta makka)
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 cups – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – ground elaichi
Method:
- First, remove the skin and take the seeds of maize (corn) and grind it into a paste.
- Grate the coconut and add it to the maize (corn) paste and grind it into a paste too.
- Grate the jaggery, add it to the above paste and grind it until it turns soft.
- Add elaichi powder also.
- Heat the oil in frying pan (kadai), take the above paste and make it like vadas without hole.
- Deep fry it until it turns thick brown.
