
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Maize flour
• 1.5 cup – slightly sour Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin crushed
• 3-4 pinches Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Beat together all ingredients with 2 cups of water till smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup more water if too thick.
- Heat in a heavy vessel, stirring continuously till it starts boiling.
- Once it boils fully, reduce to simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with a few drops ghee on it.
