
Ingredients:
• Corn flour- 100 g
• Wheat flour 50 g
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Water- 1/2 l
Method:
- Combine the maize and wheat flour, 1 tbsp of oil and salt in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
- Knead till the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll out each portion into a roti.
- Heat a griddle on a high flame and when hot, place the roti gently over it.
- Cook the roti till small blisters appear on the surface.
- Turn it over and cook for few more seconds.
