Ingredients:

• 1 cup – ripe mango, peeled and chopped into cubes
• 3 to 4 – Green chillies
• 1 medium-size – Tomato
• 1/2 cup – Mango pulp
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Sprinkle water over the tomato and microwave it for one minute.
  2. When it cools down, peel and cut it into pieces.
  3. Mix the mango pulp and chilli pieces together and microwave it for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes.
  5. Add mango, tomato pieces and salt to taste.
  6. Microwave it for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after every minute.
