Ingredients:
• 1 cup – paneer, cut in 1 inch cubes
• 2 cups – frozen Green peas
• 1/2 cup – light Cream
• A handful of broken cashews fried in Ghee
• Chopped coriander
• 2 tbsp – Tomato paste
• 2 – medium size red Onions
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – khus-khus
• 1 tsp – masala powder
• 3 – Cardamom
• Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Grind tomato paste, onions, ginger-garlic paste, khus-khus, masala powder, cardamom and red chilli powder.
- Splutter cumin and then add the paste.
- Cook for about 10 minutes and add green peas and cook till soft.
- Add cream and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add the paneer, cashews and add salt.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
