Ingredients:

• 1 packet – Hakka noodles
• 1 cup – Chopped vegetables like onion, beans, carrot, Cabbage
• Chilli powder as per taste
• Salt
• 3 tbsp – Oil
• To grind:
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 3 – Garlic pods

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
  2. Add beans, carrot and cabbage and saute till the vegetables are half cooked (takes about 5 to 8 minutes).
  3. Grind tomatoes and garlic into a fine paste.
  4. Add the ground paste to the vegetables and add salt, chilli powder and continue to cook till the raw smell of tomato goes and mixture becomes thick.
  5. Add in the cooked noodles (cook noodles as per the instruction on back side of the packet).
  6. Mix well and serve.
