
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Hakka noodles
• 1 cup – Chopped vegetables like onion, beans, carrot, Cabbage
• Chilli powder as per taste
• Salt
• 3 tbsp – Oil
• To grind:
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 3 – Garlic pods
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Add beans, carrot and cabbage and saute till the vegetables are half cooked (takes about 5 to 8 minutes).
- Grind tomatoes and garlic into a fine paste.
- Add the ground paste to the vegetables and add salt, chilli powder and continue to cook till the raw smell of tomato goes and mixture becomes thick.
- Add in the cooked noodles (cook noodles as per the instruction on back side of the packet).
- Mix well and serve.
