
Ingredients:
• 6 – rasagullas
• 1 cup – malai
• 1 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron soaked in Milk
• For decoration:
• 1 tbsp – chopped Pista
• A few drops – of rose essence
Method:
- Slit the rasagullas into two.
- Spread the cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar, essence, pista and rose water on one slice and cover with the other to make a sandwich.
- Chill before serving.
