Ingredients:
• 250g – chicken, chopped into chunks
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 3 pods – Garlic
• 10 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate chopped chicken in turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder, mix for 15 minutes and boil till partially cooked. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped ginger, garlic, chillies and curry leaves.
- Add partially cooked chicken, pepper powder, salt and toss.
- Spray some water and stir fry till done.
