
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – boneless Chicken
• 2 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 3 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 big – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 5-6 – Garlic pieces
• 3 tbsp – finely chopped coriander
• 3 – finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
Method:
- Make onion paste, to this add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, Chilli sauce and clean fresh boneless chicken.
- Add one tbsp of salt and marinate for an hour.
- After an hour, heat oil and add marinated chicken.
- Fry for first 5 min in high flame and then fry till the chicken becomes tender in low flame.
- In the end, add finely chopped coriander, garlic and chillies.
- Fry for 2 mins and serve hot.
