
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Kesar Mango pulp
• 1/2 cup – low fat Cream
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• A few drops – Mango essence
• 1 tbsp – agar agar powder or gelatin powder
• A few dry Cranberries
Method:
- In a pan, heat the cream in simmer with sugar and agar agar powder.
- Cook slowly until the agar agar powder gets well dissolved. Put off the stove.
- Add the mango pulp and mango essence and stir them well.
- Pour them in cups or in ramequins. Keep aside.
- Arrange them in fridge for 2 hours.
- Serve them chilled, garnished with cranberries.
