Ingredients:
• 2 Avocados
• 2 mangoes
• 1/2 Lemon
• 15 ml – Olive oil
• 2 gm – mustard
• 5 gm – shallots, chopped
• 5 gm – green onion, chopped
• 5 gm – chopped, red pepper
• 2 gm – salt
• 2 gm – pepper
Method:
- Remove skin and seed from mango and avocado and slice lengthwise.
- Make the dressing with rest all ingredients & squeeze fresh lemon juice.
- Arrange avocado & mango & drizzle the dressing.
