Ingredients:

• 1 medium size – firm Raw Mango
• 8 – Red Chillies (depending on the degree of sourness of the mango)
• 2 level tsp – salt
• 1 pinch – asafetida
• 1 tbsp – grated Jaggery
• 2 tsp – Coconut oil

Method:

  1. Peel and grate the mango.
  2. Grind all ingredients except the coconut oil into a slightly coarse paste.
  3. Add coconut oil and run the mixer just to blend.
