
Ingredients:
• 1 – Raw Mango
• 10 – dry Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Dhania
• 1 tsp – Methi seeds
• A little Khus Khus
• A pinch of Hing
• A little Mustard Seeds
• A little Jeera
• 3 cups – cooked basmati Rice
Method:
- First fry all the dry ingredients in a pan and grind it to a paste adding a little of coconut and the raw mango.
- In a pan put about 5 to 6 tsp of oil and when its hot add mustard seeds, hing, channa dal, urad dal and cashews (if desired) and ground nuts.
- When its all done add the ground mixture and cook for about 5 minutes until the raw taste of the mango goes.
- Add salt to the mixture and mix the mixture with the rice.
- Serve it with raitha.
