Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Milk powder
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Milk masala
• 1 cup – Mango pulp
• 300 ml – double Cream
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except the mango pulp in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and then add pulp, stir well to combine and microwave high uncovered for another 4 minutes. Remove and then mix well and spread out in a greased pan or thali.
- Cover with cling wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
