Ingredients:

• Mango pulp – 2 cup
• Sugar – 1/3 cup or to taste
• Fresh Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
• Fresh Cream (double Cream) – 250 gms

Method:

  1. Dissolve sugar in mango pulp.
  2. Add ginger and chill in the fridge.
  3. Whip the cream and fold into mango pulp.
  4. Freeze till 1/2 set.
  5. Beat till fluffy.
  6. Freeze till firm.
  7. Serve topped with a slice of mango and slivers of ginger.
