Ingredients:
• Mango pulp – 2 cup
• Sugar – 1/3 cup or to taste
• Fresh Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
• Fresh Cream (double Cream) – 250 gms
Method:
- Dissolve sugar in mango pulp.
- Add ginger and chill in the fridge.
- Whip the cream and fold into mango pulp.
- Freeze till 1/2 set.
- Beat till fluffy.
- Freeze till firm.
- Serve topped with a slice of mango and slivers of ginger.
